PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade for a side window of a vehicle, of simple structure, which can be easily installed and removed. SOLUTION: First, second, and third hook-and-loop fasteners 11, 12, and 13 are respectively installed on a cabin side end part above and rearward of a door opening 4 to receive a driver's seat side door 3, a cabin side end part at a prescribed distance forward of the vehicle from the position, and a cabin side end part at a prescribed distance downward from the cabin side end part above and rearward. The sunshade sheet 9 to shield sunlight beams is formed in a triangular form almost similar to a shape formed of straight lines connecting the first, second, and third hook-and-loop fasteners to one another. Fourth, fifth, and sixth hook-and-loop fasteners 14, 15, and 16 to be engaged with the first, second, and third hook-and-loop fasteners are installed at three corners of the triangular form. The first, second, and third hook-and-loop fasteners are engaged with the fourth, fifth, and sixth hook-and-loop fasteners, thereby the sunshade sheet is installed for achieving sunshade effect.
