PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air passage opening/closing device capable of suppressing the generation of noise when an opening portion opening of an opening/closing door is small, and easily adjusting a flow rate of air. SOLUTION: A first groove portion 288 between a first seal lip 284 provided on a peripheral edge of a door plate portion 282 and an auxiliary lip 286, and a second groove portion 289 between the auxiliary lip 286 and a second seal lip 285 have different width W, W2. Therefore, the generation of regular vortexes of air flowing around the door plate portion 282 can be suppressed, and the generation of noise can be suppressed. The auxiliary lip 286 is provided between the first seal lip 284 and the second seal lip 285, and not provided between the seal lips 284, 285, so that a minute air flow rate can be accurately adjusted.
