PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and user-friendly fire alarm system for a residence, reducing the possibility of generation of a wrong alarm and continuing to monitor fire by selectively operating a fire alarm with operation principle not suitable to an environment created by the user's behavior out of the plurality of fire alarms with different operation principles according to the environments. SOLUTION: This fire alarm system 1 for residence comprises at least an output controller 100 comprising an environment selection means 101, a signal processing part 102 in which an environment information signal selected by the environment selection means 101, a selective power supply means 103 which selectively supplies power to a plurality of predetermined load equipments from an output signal of the signal processing part, and the plurality of fire alarms 200, 300 with different operation principles connected to the selective power supply means as the plurality of load equipments.
