PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely execute a deployed application without adversely affecting other applications by determining whether an application is deployable or not in consideration for the use restriction of the application and the dynamic state of computing equipment. SOLUTION: The distributed computer system has a database storing static information that is unique characteristic and setting information of computing equipment, state information showing current states of computing equipment 40a-40n and operation restriction information showing use restriction for execution of applications, updates the state information as needed, and determines whether an application of deploy object is deployable or not based on the information in the database and request execution environmental information for designating an environment needed by this application at execution time.
