PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric shaver improved in strength of a reinforcement frame and its mounting structure to enhance the structure strength of a foil frame, and having foils appropriately attached to a cutter firmly to improve sharpness. SOLUTION: The foil frame 19 for supporting the foils 20 is reinforced by the press-molded reinforcement frame 40. The reinforcement frame 40 integrally includes a main frame 41 having a C-shaped cross-section, and mounting portions 43 at respective side ends of the main frame 41. The side ends of the mounting portions 43 at each end are provided with a pair of mounting seats 52 separated back and forth, and the mounting seats 52 are fixedly caulked on the outer surfaces of both side frames 30 of the foil frame 19. The inside of the main frame 41 is disposed with foil tension springs 56 for urging the foil 20 downward. The foil tension spring 56 is composed of a tension frame 57 integrally including connection pins 59 and a spring body 58 for urging the tension frame 57 downward. The foil 20, the spring body 58, and the tension frame 57 are fixedly connected to each other with the connection pins 59 provided at the tension frame 57, and the foils 20 are supported by the main frame 41 so as to be vertically floated.
