A display panel inspecting apparatus is provided to inspect all display panels irrespective of the size of the display panel, thereby reducing the flatness inspection cost and time. The first support supports the first end of a display panel(100) including a substrate(110) and a transparent electrode film(120) formed on the substrate. The second support(300) supports the second end oppositely located to the first end of the display panel. The first and second supports are combined with a body(500) oppositely located to the transparent film. A light source(600) offers the light beam to the distance between the display panel and the body and checks the flatness of the transparent panel. The first support is formed integrally to the first end of the body and the second support moves along the longitudinal direction of the body through a hole corresponding to the second end. The display panel comprises a display area for display an image and a peripheral area for encompassing the display area. |
