A method and a device for managing virtual MOST(Media Oriented System Transport) devices and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program thereof are provided to support QoS(Quality of Service) by generating the virtual MOST devices, and supporting TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) efficiently through a sync or async channel of the MOST devices. A virtual MOST device manager(110) generates or removes a virtual MOST device for transceiving data. Sync MOST TCP/IP device drivers(120a,120b) manage data communication with the virtual MOST device through a sync MOST channel. Sync socket managers(125a,125b) manage socket communication between the sync MOST TCP/IP device driver and a socket application using the virtual MOST device. An async MOST TCP/IP device driver(130) manages the data communication with the virtual MOST device through the async MOST channel. An async socket manager(135) manages the socket communication between the async MOST TCP/IP device driver and the socket application using the virtual MOST device. The sync MOST TCP/IP device driver and the socket manager are generated or removed corresponding to generation or removal of the virtual MOST device by the virtual MOST device manager.
