COMPUTER SYSTEM, AND AUTHENTICATION INFORMATION CHANGE METHOD OF COMPUTER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage system which can change a secret while maintaining session between a host computer and a storage.

SOLUTION: A manager sets up a new secret to a host HD and a storage SD respectively. A session management part HD3 demands to the storage SD establishment of session using the new secret. The session management part SD3 establishes the session using new secret after authentication. A response of old command issued before secret change is transmitted from the storage SD to the host HD through a session Sa using old secret. A new command after changing secret is transmitted from the host HD to the storage SD through a session Sb using new secret. When all the processing of old command is completed, old secret session is cut.
