PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network operation support method, a network operation support system, and a program that enable to point out parts such as defects to an operation manager or the like. SOLUTION: The system 10 is provided with a lexical analysis means 22, a state-judgement model construction means 26, and a state judgement means 28. The lexical analysis means 22 extracts a pre-registered lexical token from among lexical tokens included in a monitor message, so as to obtain attribute information and state information respectively made to correspond one to one to the pre-registered lexical token. The state-judgement model construction means 26 constructs a probability model. The state judgement means 28 inputs a probability model, the attribute information, and the state information so as to obtain reasoning results while executing probability propagation calculation, by putting the attribute information and the state information into the probability model. When executing the reasoning, a Bayesian network probability model is used as prepared by being structured corresponding to monitoring purposes. The obtained reasoning results are processed corresponding to a state change degree compared with a steady state and importance so as to present it to a user after a monitoring target object having a higher-order calculation value and its state are edited.
