PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal and an incoming call notification method that give renotice of termination/reception which is not yet responded according to states of a user who bears the terminal device during movement. SOLUTION: When a vibration detecting means 11 provided to a main body detects vibrations, a control means 20 accesses a memory means 15, where incoming/received information is saved through a wireless means 13, to confirm whether there is an incoming call which is not responded yet, and begins to count vertical vibrations by using a counting means 14. At this point, a vibration analyzing means 17 is used to determine magnitude of the vibrations, and a re-notification value is varied based upon the results. A comparing means 16 is used to compare the value with a re-notification counted value saved in the memory means 15 and when they become equal to each other, a user notification means 19 is used to give notice again according to the results of vibrations measured thereafter.
