PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance assembling workability, maintenance workability, etc. by enabling a cover surrounding mounted equipment to be easily attached to a frame. SOLUTION: A head 7A of a hexagon socket head cap screw 7, which is protrusively provided at the peripheral edge of a revolving frame 5, is fitted into fitting holes 23E and 21E which are provided in the lower flanges 23D and 21D of right and left skirt covers 23 and 21, respectively. Upper flanges 23C and 21C of the skirt covers 23 and 21 are fixed to a screw seat 11B of a heat-exchanger mounting base 11, a mounting bracket 13A of a battery mounting base 13, and mounting brackets 19E and 19F of a lever stand 19 by means of a bolt 22, respectively. Thus, only the bolting of the upper flanges 23C and 21C of the respective skirt covers 23 and 21 enables the lower flanges 23D and 21D to be also fixed to the revolving frame 5, and enables the operation of attachment/detachment to be performed with ease.
