PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock enabling self-sustaining improvement in a skeletal system, a muscle system and a bloodstream system when even getting in touch with the sole due to body weight load when worn. SOLUTION: The sock has a contact stimulation part for the arch of the foot the surface of which comprises a protruding body and is made of yarns or woven fabric having the bottom surface of the sock facing the sole, and has a contact stimulation part (A) for the arch of the foot, a contact stimulation part B for an area ranging from the arch of the foot to the sole front part, and a contact stimulation part C for an area ranging from the arch of the food to the sole back part.
