PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film having excellent heat resistance, having a grain shape hardly changed by the heating to high temperature, and facilitating the stable performance of extrusion lamination with a hotmelt resin, and hot lamination with a steel plate; and to provide a laminated decorative sheet. SOLUTION: The decorative film comprises (A) a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin comprising a polytetramethylene glycol-copolymerized polybutylene terephthalate-based resin containing 10-30 wt.% polytetramethylene glycol as a copolymerization component, and (B) a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin comprising a cyclohexanedimethanol-copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate-based resin in which the dicarboxylic acid component is terephthalic acid, and the glycol component comprises≥10 mol% and <60 mol% ethylene glycol and≥40 mol% and <90 mol% 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol.
