PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifier for a camellia oil which can be used for preparing a pure refined oil by removing fine particulate impurities, to lower its acid value, without the conversion to a trans form fatty acid, which is said to be not good for beauty treatment and health. SOLUTION: The purifier is so constructed that laminated special filters (64, 66 and 68) are stacked and activated carbon electrodes (70 and 72) comprised of fibrous activated carbon are arranged among the stacked special filters (64, 66 and 68), a special filter member part (60) provided with a mesh filter (74) made of stainless steel is arranged under the stacked special filter (68) located at the lowest position. When a raw oil of camellia oil is passed through the special filter (60), impurities are removed from the raw oil of the camellia oil. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
