The device has a cornea-replication unit (10) and an eye lens (12) that are provided with light-distribution units (10a, 12a) e.g. pigments, such that a cornea form or lens form or iris form is partially reproduced with a gap illumination and an image recording using a camera (24). The cornea-replication unit and the eye lens are made of silicone. The cornea-replication unit has a front surface with similar distribution characteristics for blue light.
