BIOLOGICAL AND ABIOLOGICAL STRESS-RESISTANCE GENE IN PLANT

A CaMsrB1 gene is provided to secure the resistance against biological and abiological stress of a plant by transforming a plant using the same, thereby being usefully utilized for cultivating a useful agricultural product with excellent resistance against various stresses. A CaMsrB1 gene provides the resistance against biological and abiological stress in a plant and includes a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1. A CaMsrB1 protein includes an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 2 and is encoded by the CaMsrB1 gene. An expression vector includes the CaMsrB1 gene. A transformed plant is transformed by the recombinant vector and has the resistance against biological stress including viral, bacterial and fungal pathogenic bacteria or abiological stress such as oxidative stress and environmental stress.
