A camera angle controlling apparatus for controlling a photographing angle of a camera of a communication terminal is provided to adjust an up/down controlling unit and a left/right controlling unit of the camera through a multi button, so that a user can arbitrarily and minutely control the angle of the camera. A signal input unit is for inputting a signal for controlling a camera angle. An up/down controlling unit is for controlling an angle of the camera up and down. A left/right controlling unit(10) is for controlling the angle of the camera left and right. According to the signal inputted from the signal input unit, the angle of the camera is controlled up/down and left/right.
