A handwriting detection sheet and a handwriting system using the same are provided to obtain handwriting data correctly even though display images, code images, and handwriting are mixed in a handwriting detection sheet. A handwriting layer(20) displays the handwriting written by a hand. A code layer(21) includes a plurality of code images, which encodes a position code by using a light absorber absorbing infrared light, in a matrix form on another side of the handwriting layer. An optical layer(22) penetrates visible light while reflecting the infrared light at another side of the code layer. The electronic paper(23) capable of rewriting display contents is placed to another side of the optical layer. The light absorber penetrates the visible light. An electronic pen(4) includes a pen tip(410), an infrared source, and a camera irradiating the infrared light of the infrared source to the code layer and capturing the code image by receiving the reflected infrared light.
