<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a menu picture for selecting a DVD disk image by eliminating the need for deciding whether a directory is for DVD, and enabling easy construction. <P>SOLUTION: An information recording and reproducing apparatus includes a first means for fetching via a network a meta-data file regarding contents, content information by a content image file and a plurality of files as the contents; a second means using the content information, to create a sub-directory for each contents under a specific directory (folder) of an information storage medium; and a third means for storing the plurality of files in the created sub-directories. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
