PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid opening/closing mechanism which can distribute a pressure applied externally when a lid is opened, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with that lid opening/closing mechanism. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus comprises an exchange component containing section having an opening, a lid 21 for closing the opening in the exchange component containing section, and a lid opening/closing mechanism for controlling movement of the lid 21. The lid opening/closing mechanism has the lid 21 performing rotary operation about a spindle 33 as the rotary shaft, and an auxiliary movable portion 32 having one end provided with the spindle 33 and the other end secured to the case in the hinge container 52 wherein the one end provided with the spindle 33 can rotate about the other end.
