PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition suitable as a vibration-insulating rubber having improved durability while keeping excellent vibration insulating performance and fatigue resistance of diene rubbers by improving the heat-resistance of diene rubbers. SOLUTION: The vibration-insulating rubber composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a diene rubber, 20-80 pts.wt. of carbon black,≥0.5 pt.wt. and <10 pts.wt. of a vinyl compound expressed by general formula (1): R2-X (R is methacrylic group or acrylic group; and X is a 2-10C polyalkylene glycol or a metal atom) and 0.1-1.2 pts.wt. of sulfur.
