PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra low frequency sound reducing device configured to easily suppress the leakage of the ultra low frequency sound from an opening which is disposed at a soundproof house and cannot be closed, and the soundproof house with the ultra low frequency sound reducing device. SOLUTION: In the soundproof house H with the ultra low frequency sound reducing device in the opening through which the ultra low frequency sound emitted from the internally arranged device passes, the ultra low frequency sound reducing device includes a communicative connection tube 21 which has slits on its peripheral surface and is communicatively connected at its base end with the opening, and a resonance tube 22 which is mounted on the peripheral surface of the communicative connection tube 21 communicatively connected with the communicative connection tube via the slits, and the communicative connection tube is formed to have a spread-opening state from the base end toward the front end.
