PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform time history response analysis with high-accuracy in which the frequency dependence and nonlinear strain dependence are each taken into account for a first object, having a relation between external force vibrating the object and the behavior of the object exhibiting frequency dependence and nonlinear strain dependence or a second object influenced by the behavior of the first object. SOLUTION: Dynamic rigidity, when strain levelγof the ground is at each value, is calculated (102), and a set of impulse response values, when the strain levelγof the ground is at each value, are calculated by converting the calculated dynamic rigidly into respective time region (104 to 112). The strain levelγ, when the analysis object time t is at each time, is calculated; and after the set of impulse response values corresponding to the calculated strain levelγare calculated for each time (114 to 124), the time history response analysis that calculates the displacement, the velocity, and the acceleration of the analysis object at each time is performed (126 to 138), while sequentially using the set of impulse response values calculated for each time.
