PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure compensation fluid control valve comprising a body, an adjusting screw, a control piston, and a spring, having a simple, inexpensive and small constitution for permitting a seat of a barber's or beautician's chair to be elevated down at a constant speed independently of the body weight of an operator seated thereon when mounted in any space. SOLUTION: The pressure compensation flow control valve has a screw hole 11b formed at one end side in the vertical direction and a mounting portion 11d formed at the other end side via an oil passage so as to be connected to a hydraulic cylinder 2 for elevating an elevator such as the seat of the chair. The valve comprises the body in which an oil passage is formed with an outlet side control orifice 12c communicated with the oil passage and on which a connection portion 12a is formed to be connected to a hydraulic circuit for an elevator, the adjusting screw 4 threaded to a screw hole in an accessible manner, the control piston 5 which is movably stored in the oil passage in communication with the screw hole in opposition to the adjusting screw and and in which a differential pressure generating orifice 5a is formed at the side of the mounting portion, and the spring 6 set between the control piston and the adjusting screw.
