PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof plate and a roof structure capable of smoothly flowing water flowing down the valley part of a corrugated roof plate without flowing out of a side gutter. SOLUTION: This roof plate 10 formed of a corrugated metal sheet member on which ridge parts and valley parts are continuously formed generally parallel with each other is diagonally disposed so as to flow the rainwater flowing to the valley parts to the lateral gutter installed on the lower end side. Linear projections 20 in the direction of intercepting the valley parts project in two rows from the upper surface lower ends of the roof plate 10.
