PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for information recording which does not cause wasteful natural resource consumption nor hike a manufacturing cost and is free from problems such as clogging with paper and release in a printing process, a conveyance process, etc. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet for information recording is structured of a base 1 for information recording which can be separated into a plurality of pieces 1a, 1b, etc., an adhesive layer 4 formed on the back side of the base 1, and a release sheet 5 covering the adhesive layer 4. In addition, a false adhesive separation layer 9 is formed by laminating a release agent layer and a false adhesive layer in that order on at least a part of the back of the base 1.
