ARRAY SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY PANEL HAVING THE SAME

An array substrate and a display panel having the same are provided to overlap a reflection electrode with a gate floating bar and a second storage electrode so that the gate floating bar and the second storage are used reflection areas. A gate member(120) includes a gate insulating line(121) formed on a base substrate and a gate floating bar(123) vertically formed against the gate line and for intercepting the first light beam from the rear of the base substrate. The first storage electrode(131) is extended in parallel from the gate line and the gate floating bar. A gate insulating layer is formed on the base substrate in order to cover the gate member and the first storage electrode. A data member(140) is equipped on the gate insulating layer and includes a data line for defining a pixel area and a drain electrode discretely formed from the data line. The second storage electrode(132) is extended from the drain electrode and positioned oppositely to the first storage electrode. A reflection electrode(170) is overlapped with the second storage electrode and the gate floating bar and reflects the second light beam offered from the outside. A pixel electrode(180) is electrically connected with the drain electrode at the pixel area and transmits the first light beam.
