A hologram film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to maximize the effectiveness of security by applying a fluorescent material on a printing layer and another kind of fluorescent material on an adhesion layer after demetallization process. On a base film layer(1), a release layer(2), a hologram embossing layer(3), a patternized metal deposition layer(4), a patternized masking layer(6), a printing layer(7) and an adhesion layer(5) are sequentially coated. The printing layer(7) is formed on the patternized masking layer(6) and the patternized metal deposition layer(4) so as to completely cover them up to gaps between patterns. The printing layer(7) and the adhesion layer(5) contain respectively different fluorescent materials having their respective light-emitting colors so that different colors can be shown when ultraviolet rays are irradiated.
