<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a packaging method of a quartz oscillator piece which can reduce the variations in the output frequencies by a capacitor component, even if the quartz oscillator is miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: In the packaging method of a rectangular quartz oscillator piece, constituting a closed structure by a base and a cover body, the quartz oscillator piece is mounted, by positioning the quartz oscillator piece on the quartz oscillator piece fixing part side on the surface of the base for packaging the quartz oscillator piece and the base, on which a position recognition indicator of the quartz oscillator piece, is formed by an alumina material by using the end face of the quartz oscillator piece and the position recognition indicator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
