<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a third-party system for introducing beauticians and general users. <P>SOLUTION: Terminals 2, a management server 6 and an introducing agency 5 are connected to a communication network 4, and the general user can finish an admission procedure through the terminal 2 and the introducing agency 5 and look for a satisfactory beautician.
