<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental impact assessment system which achieves compatibility of basic unit data or the like to be able to easily achieve environmental impact assessment by individual countries of the world. <P>SOLUTION: Environmental impact assessment systems 10 and 20 are capable of providing environmental load information including the basic unit data, in accordance with rules common to the world by using the Internet 1.
