<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of strongly obtaining stable support while a support structure of left and right tanks can be simply and inexpensively constituted, accomplishing the support device of the tank capable of easily performing attachment/detachment and capable of being inexpensively executed by simplifying a drain constitution of the right and left tanks. <P>SOLUTION: A rear part of the fuel tanks (20L), (20R) arranged at both right and left sides while clamping a transmission case (3) is supported on an end of a frame (37) from the transmission case by a fixed tank frame (22), and a front part is supported on a tank support frame (21) so as to fix it to a mount bracket (38) below a cabin (16).
