PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that does not cause productivity to decrease, by recycling a toner without damaging the working environment, even when there is toner fine powder in a large amount. SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of mixing at least a resin and a colorant, kneading, pulverizing and classifying, wherein the toner fine powder generating in the classifying step is deaerated, compacted and granulated, and then recycled into the mixing step.
