PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial force managing nut assembly for making all components of the nut assembly into an assembled form without depending on caulking. SOLUTION: The axial force managing nut assembly 10 comprises a seat member 11, a fastening nut 12, a ring assembly 13, and a connection member 18 for connecting the seat member 11 to the fastening nut 12 without separating one from the other in the axil direction. The connection member 18 is a cylindrical member which has a first engaging portion 18a at one axial end engaged with the seat member 11 in the axial direction, and a second engaging portion 18b at the other axial end engaged with the fastening nut 12 in the axial direction. The connection member 18 is formed of plastic in an elastically deformable manner. The connection member 18 has a first slit 18c and a second slit 18d.
