PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the depth of a drilled hole for being drilled in a concrete structure so that an anchor member is embedded and fixed in the concrete structure, and to sufficiently increase the strength of fixing the anchor member to the concrete member. SOLUTION: In a mounting structure 32, an inside diameter of the drilled hole 14 for being drilled in the concrete structure 10 is set larger than an outside diameter of an anchor inserting portion 35 of an anchor bolt 34, so that an outer peripheral area of an adhesion layer 44 becomes larger than that of the anchor inserting portion 35. This makes a pull-out force act on the anchor bolt 34. When the pull-out force is transferred to the concrete structure 10 via the adhesion layer 44, the pull-out force is dispersed onto an interface (adhesive interface) between the outer peripheral surface of the adhesion layer 44, having a large area, and an inner peripheral surface of the drilled hole 14, so that internal stress generated on the periphery of the drilled hole 14 of the concrete structure 10 is effectively reduced.
