PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing inorganic powders, which can suitably form a panel member of a flat panel display excellent in the patterning property and pattern shape and which excels in the film transfer capability. SOLUTION: This inorganic powder-containing resin composition comprises inorganic powders, an acrylic resin containing a monomer represented by formula (1) as a polymerized component, and a solvent. In formula (1), R1indicates a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2indicates a 1-20C alkylene group or a 6-30C arylene group, and B indicates a group that blocks an isocyanate group.
