PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a fan shroud to a radiator core support capable of enhancing sound vibration performance by preventing the deformation and the vibration of the fan shroud in a deflecting manner at the center in its vehicle width direction and the resonance of the fan shroud while being brought into contact with a shroud part. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure of the fan shroud 2 to a radiator core support 1 in which fastening parts K1-K4 to the radiator core support 1 are provided in at least four parts of the fan shroud 2, fastening parts K5, K6 to the radiator core support 1 are provided on upper and lower ends of a connection part 2d.
