PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative paper which is to be pasted onto a wooden base material, can impart moisture-resistance to the wooden base material and can be fed at a low cost, while the moisture permeability of the paper is kept at a level which is zero or extremely close to zero, and also, to facilitate the disposal of a decorative plate which is prepared by pasting the decorative paper. SOLUTION: This decorative paper 1 constitutes the decorative plate P by being pasted to the wooden base material 2. On the rear surface side of a leaf paper 1a whose front surface is a design surface 1a' an aluminum deposited film 1c is laminated directly or via one or more intermediate layers 1b.
