PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for re-individualizing lumped bulk material. SOLUTION: This bulk material breaker has a housing in the form of a drum 1, at least one shearing finger 4 provided on the internal wall of the housing, an upwardly directed cone 3, at least one shearing profile 5 provided on the cone 3, a gap 6 provided between the cone 3 and housing wall, and a collecting hopper 7 provided beneath the cone 3.
