LED light to be applied on a support, such as a cloth, which mainly consists of a series of LED holders (2) with multicoloured LEDs (5) that are connected so as to form at least one LED cord (4) which is connected to a control system (8), whereby the control system (8) consists of a junction box (9) provided on or at the support (6) and onto which are connected one or several series of LED holders (2), and of a separate controller (13) with which the junction box (9) is connected, whereby the junction box (9) as well as the controller (13) are provided with local intelligence and perform part of the power control of the LEDs (5).
