<p>A method for cancelling connection between a multi-RNC(Radio Network Controller) and a multi-CN(Core Network) in a mobile communication system and a device therefor are provided to easily cancel surplus resources of an RNC existing in another access section, thereby avoiding a waste of resources by using surplus resources existing between an RNC and CN. A message distributor(220) receives a resource cancellation message including an identifier, decides whether a resource cancellation message is capable of being processed by reading the identifier, and distributes the resource cancellation message according to the decided results. A message controller(240) processes the resource cancellation message. If the processing of the cancellation message is available, the cancellation message is delivered to the message controller(240). If the processing is not available, the cancellation message is retransmitted to a CN or an RNC.</p> |
