An apparatus for assembling a plastic injection lens is provided to perform automatic assembly by blowing in and inserting the plastic injection lens into a barrel. A lens blow-in part(10) picks up a lens in vacuum and then assembles the lens into a barrel. An actuator(20) transports the lens blow-in part. A tray(30) is placed with the barrel and the lens, and is blown in by the lens blow-in part. A blow-in test part(40) performs transportation control for the lens blow-in part by the actuator by testing blow-in state of the lens.
