<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humanized anti-human osteopontin(a kind of glycoprotein involved in cell adhesion) antibody rich in bone, which is superior to conventional anti-human osteopontin antibodies in terms of activity (antigen-binding activity, leukocyte migration inhibitory activity and the like) and/or stability (resistance to heat, hypoxic conditions or denaturants, and the like). <P>SOLUTION: The humanized anti-human osteopontin antibody is such as to contain heavy chain-variable and light chain-variable domains each comprising a specific amino acid sequence, wherein a heavy chain-stationary domain constitutes human Igγ1 and a light chain-stationary domain constitutes human Igκ.
