<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mutual interference between a plurality of reader/writer devices. <P>SOLUTION: In the information access system, each of a plurality of information processing devices 600-612 periodically transmits a request signal for requesting permission of transmission of ID request RF signal to a management information processor 700 while it is connected to a network through a predetermined communication device. The management information processor transmits, when the request signal is received from one information processing device 600, and the other information processing device 612 which is permitted to transmit ID request RF signal is not included in the plurality of information processing devices, a response signal showing permission of transmission of ID request RF signal to the one information processing device 600.
