PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent setting mistake while facilitating a setting work by easily obtaining positional relationship between a marking head and a work.

SOLUTION: A device for setting a laser beam machining condition comprises: a head part including at least a laser beam oscillation part for generating laser beams and a laser beam scanning system for scanning laser beams emitted from the laser beam oscillation part within a working area; a laser control part for controlling the laser beam oscillation part and the laser beam scanning system; a machining condition setting part for inputting a plurality of machining parameters as a machining condition for machining the work in a desired machining pattern; a machining image display part 83 capable of displaying an image of a surface to be machined in a three-dimensional manner according to the machining condition set by the machining condition setting part; and a head image display means 84 capable of displaying an image of the head part of a laser beam machine when displaying the image of the surface to be machined in a three-dimensional manner in the machining image display part 83.
