<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for a lithographic offset-printing, containing an emulsifier suitable for use in the offset printing and having less bad effect to the environment, and capable of widely adjusting the emulsification amount of the ink for meeting with printing conditions and kinds of the inks. <P>SOLUTION: This ink for the lithographic offset-printing is provided by containing a polyetherpolyol as an assistant (emulsifier) for regulating the emulsification amount which is one of emulsification aptitude of the offset printing ink. The polyetherpolyol is preferably that having a single function or multiple functions.
