<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device with a display device capable of preventing a rupture that may occur when a transparent glass substrate is bent. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode substrate 11 is equipped with a first and second glass-made platy transparent substrates 111, 112, a first cut groove trace 115 formed by a cutter along the outer periphery of one surface of a first transparent substrate 111, a second cut groove trace 116 formed by a cutter along the outer periphery of one surface of the second transparent substrate 112, and transparent electrodes 113, 114 formed on at least one surface of other surfaces of the first and second transparent substrates 111, 112, wherein surfaces with the cut groove traces 115, 116 of the first and second transparent substrates 111, 112 formed thereon are bonded while facing each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
