摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which can suppress the rising of a residual voltage and exhibits a satisfactory electric characteristic even when increasing the film thickness of an under coating layer in order to conceal a defect of a conductive base body or suppress dielectric breakdown, and to provide a coated film for electronic material exhibiting a similar effect. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises at least the under coating layer and a photosensitive layer on a conductive base body, wherein the under coating layer contains at least polyamide resin and the concentration of carboxyl group in the polyamide resin is 70μmol/g or less.
