PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide magnetometric sensor which corrects variations in Hall voltage caused by the temperature characteristics in high degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: The magnetometric sensor comprises: vertical Hall element for detection 10 arranged for detecting magnetic field emitted from the detecting object; and a temperature-monitoring vertical Hall element 20 which has the same characteristics as those of the vertical Hall element for detection 10 to be arranged in the vicinity of the Hall element for detection 10. In this sensor, a subtraction circuit 30 uses both the Hall voltage output from the vertical Hall element for detection 10 and the temperature monitor voltage extracted between terminal S and terminals G1, G2 of the temperature-monitoring vertical Hall element 20 as its inter-terminal voltage so as to perform an arithmetical operation for offsetting the temperature characteristics of these voltage, and the output voltage Vc of this subtraction circuit 30 is defined as the sensor output.
