PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact rotation angle detection apparatus eliminating a printed circuit board, effectively arranging capacitors, and increasing the effect of eliminating capacitor noise. SOLUTION: The rotation angle detection apparatus is provided with: a permanent magnet on the side of a rotating part; an angle detection means 42 on the side of a fixed part; conductors 49a-49c for connectors; and the capacitors 48 connected to the conductors 49a-49c for connectors. A magnetic detection element 45 constituting the angle detection means 42 is positioned at right angles to the axis of rotation of the rotating part. The conductors 49a-49c for connectors are provided with parallel sections H in parallel with the axis of rotation. The range from the magnetic detection element 45 to the parallel sections H of the conductors 49a-49c for connectors is molded approximate in an L-shape.
